This Non-Smoking condo is newly renovated with tasteful high-end furnishing and luxury touches all around. It is complete with all the amenities you expect in a top-class oasis. The condo has a commanding unobstructed direct ocean view from the main living area and two master bedrooms. The unit has a very large balcony where you can watch the sunrise as you sip your coffee or sip a wine in the evening with amazing 180-degree view of both the river and the beach.
The building itself also has a fully renovated lobby, club room and pool! The pool area was fully renovated this year and has a great tropical feel with beautiful landscaping, with full outdoor kitchen and a sandy area to sit in and relax. The pool area has steps leading directly to the beach.
This unit has 3 bedroom with En Suite bathroom for each and it comfortably accommodates 6 adults with a King bed in the Master and second master bedroom, with a pull-down queen murphy bed in the third bedroom. There is a washer and dryer set inside the unit.

You will not regret renting this condo! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you will ever need for vacation. Its location was so peaceful and away from all the chaos that was towards the Daytona Beach area. Look forward to coming back next year!
