Welcome to 93 Spring Street, a beautifully restored 1880's Charleston home that combines historic charm with modern comforts. Located just two and a half blocks from King Street, this spacious home has been thoughtfully divided into two separate units, making it the perfect option for families and large groups. The two units are connected by a door on the second floor, allowing the entire home to be easily combined into one large residence.

Unit A features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the main floor, perfect for entertaining and spending time together. On this level, there are two queen bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious king bedrooms, each also with an en-suite bathroom. The main floor also offers a quaint patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or dining alfresco in the evening. A laundry closet is conveniently located on this level.

Unit B is accessed by a flight of stairs that leads to an open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. There are three king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing ample space and comfort for guests. A laundry closet is also available in this unit.

We had a great stay the only complaint I would have are the curtains are difficult to close but all in all the property manager was very accommodating and quick to reply. We had a great time and I would rent this property again.
