Everything great in house, bathrooms and bedrooms excellent but possibly an armoire in main level bedroom as we hung our clothes in the laundry room areasteps leading to garage from mud room could use a sweep or vacuumTrash was tricky as the barrels out front were full and not picked up during our stay, and the ones in the garage were somewhat full, I put crammed in a last bag of trash in yesterdayAs a 75 year oldest brother of the three, and balance challenged, a hand rail by the main floor bathroom toilet might help, and a suction hand rail in shower also. You could advertise this in your VRBO listing as a selling pointKitchen was great as we cooked breakfast every dayProximity to Gunstock was a big help

Great house with big rooms and awesome kitchen. Game room in basement was a hit. Perfect for skiers since so close to Gunstock

Overall the house was clean and comfortable. The driveway was a little tricky maneuvering due to our large vehicle.
