The space
Great second floor apartment, newly renovated as of December 2021. Hardwood floors, floor to ceiling living room window, everything you need for a pleasant stay!
Place was built in the 1950s so thin floors and walls that don't muffle sound well. If you're a light sleeper or plan to get loud/party, this probably isn't your spot. The building is quiet with long term tenants so please don't disturb them.
That said, you'll have your own private entry/exit, kitchen, bathroom in the Heart of Hollywood!

You'll have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bath space.
Other things to note
This place is great for longer-term stays and great for students or remote workers or entrepreneurs. It's a great place to work and central to anywhere you'd want to go in LA.
