A portable air conditioner ensures your comfort, and the building offers access to a laundry room for your convenience.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord. Application fee of $39.99 will apply.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.

Even as a tiny little studio, this place fits the bill. It’s a quiet space away from the noise, but close to everything Hollywood. You get a view from the Hollywood sign at the Ovation mall just a couple minute walk from your doorstep! I saw the red carpet being pulled out several times on my walks home for various premieres, and then hit up the cheap 5 souvenir shops, The wax museum or The Chinese theater. You can follow the Hollywood Walk of Fame to anything you might need, but there is public transportation nearby to get you a little further. Shintaro sushi is a phenomenal choice for a fresh meal and Johnny Rockets in Ovation is on point.Though everything in the apartment was in working order, I will emphasize (it might say in the description, but still), there is no oven, but there is a microwave & two burners. There is no freezer, but there is a fridge. Even without, I made do and enjoyed my time here very much. Leo, the Host, was attentive & kind enough to check in from time to time. There was an issue with maintenance at one point, but he made sure to have it fixed promptly the next morning — which was a relief. He’s the mark of a good host and I’ll surely keep this space in mind if I end up coming this way again. I stayed at this little nook for over a month while I fell in love with Los Angeles; One of my now fondest memories.Thanks for everything, Leo!
