The wet bar includes a mini refrigerator, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals and save on dining costs during short or extended stays. A complimentary starter kit with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided for your arrival.

- No Smoking, please: If smoking in or around property is documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

- Pet Policy: This property is not pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
- Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. High ceilings. Good air conditioning. Secure. Safe did not work. Light bulb in the bathroom burnt out and could not be replaced.Patio door was stiff and hard to close.

Nice location. Walkable to almost everything. Hotel is old. Each room has it's own AC unit. Pool is small, square shaped, with very little shade. No hot tub. No restaurant or bar. Parking is tough..$50 per night.
