As part of the luxurious Royal Garden building, our guests enjoy the lovely gardens, pool, sauna, bbq area, fitness center, and more during their stay. Located steps away from Kuhio Ave., take advantage of easy access to Waikiki’s restaurants, shopping, and activities. Not to mention, it's only a short walk to Kalakaua Ave, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and the famous Waikiki Beach.
This charming studio at the beautiful Royal Garden includes a queen size bed and sofa bed (building occupancy limit for a studio = 2 guests). Features access to on-site pool, sauna, gym, and more. This unit is located on the 20th floor. Elevators available.

This unit includes a kitchenette with a built-in single burner cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, full fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

This unit includes a queen size bed, sofa bed, small desk area and private lanai.

This unit includes a queen size bed, sofa bed and full bath with stand up shower.

This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has valet parking available for approximately $38/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

The Royal Garden offers easy access to Waikiki's best offerings, just steps away from Kuhio Ave. Take a short walk to the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center on Kalakaua Ave., soft-sand beaches, famous eateries, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and world-class shopping. Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We stayed at this property for 1 week because it was 2 blocks away from where our daughter lives. The only disappointing factor was that they only supplied 2 bath towels. There was no hand towels, face cloths, dish towels or dish rags. When I asked about that I was told they don't supply linens. I found this absolutely ridiculous as this place had a kitchenette and bathroom. People don't travel with linens on their vacation. I was supplied with paper towels (I guess to wash and dry dishes with??) but after asking twice we were finally given 3 hand towels but no face cloths, dish towels or dish rags.The kitchen only had 1 coffee cup and very little kitchen dishes. There was a long skinny cabinet under the counter which didn't open and I was never given an answer as to why or if it was broken. The bed was comfortable but we were unable to turn off the air conditioner which was located above the bed, so at night it was always blowing on us.The unit is small but adequate for the time we were there. We didn't spend anytime there during the day. The pool area with bbq's is very nice.
