On the terrace of this cozy two-story house you are sure to have a great time with your companions. You can enjoy a good breakfast outdoors or a delicious barbecue, whenever you want, after taking a dip in the salt pool. The pool has dimensions of 5.50m x 3.60m and a depth that ranges between 1.55m and 1.70m. When you go out, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a drink in the sun on the terrace that you can access via the outside stairs. Distributed over two floors, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a living room equipped with Smart TV and satellite TV so you can enjoy your favourite programmes and feel at home. The dining room is next to the kitchen and has direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. You will be able to prepare delicious dishes in the vitro-ceramic kitchen, which is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two more bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. All rooms are equipped with AC and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair. The property is located in Sa Pobla, which is perfect for strolling around the village as it is close to bars, restaurants and shops. In addition, on Sundays there is a traditional market with fresh local fruit and vegetables and many other artisan products. The property has a parking space, but if you wish, just 700 metres away there is a bus or train stop to go to nearby villages or to the capital of the island. If you want to enjoy the beach, you can reach the beaches in the north of the island in only 10 minutes by car. If you like golf, the Golf Pollença is only 15 minutes away by car. Note: We cannot accept guests under 23 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
