Nice house but needed some TLC, the pool was murky, heater never worked, had to fill pool twice. Backyard needed 5S and weed control.Sink in bathroom over flowed and definitely damaged the cupboard it sat in. Plumber came following day to repair, an inconvenience for my family. Sink was full of dishes, had to re wash and put away.
