Contractors & family's, Just minutes from the city centre, Train Station, Leicester racecourse and De Montfort University.
We offer our entire 6 bedroom home for you to enjoy. A fantastic 92” cinema room, super fast 600Mbps internet, a new fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms are cosy, 2x ensuites, family bathroom, w/c, 2x Juliet balconies. Relax in the landscaped garden with timber seating. Private gated parking for 3 cars, plus plenty of street parking (WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTY'S).

No smoking anywhere inside the property. Guests may smoke outside only, provided cigarette ends are disposed of responsibly.

Strictly no drugs or illegal substances. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.

No shoes upstairs. Please help us keep the house clean and comfortable for all guests.

Respect our neighbours. This is a quiet, gated community. Noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10pm.

Parking: A maximum of 3 cars are permitted on the driveway. No parking on grassed areas, pavements, or obstructing neighbours’ access.

Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed.

Damage & security: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. The lead guest agrees to cover additional costs if required.

Check-out: Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition and return all keys. Late check-out without prior agreement may incur an additional fee.

Once again, A big thank you for accommodating my wishes at you lovely property. My family and I had a lovely weekend break and the kids loved the cinema room. We forgot a few items but Anthony made them available for collect promptly. We enjoyed our stay.
