From the moment we arrived, Kerry made us feel completely at home. She personally welcomed us, showed us around the house, and even shared a little history of Leicester, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly responsive and attentive. Whenever we needed anything, she was quick to help—whether it was bringing over fans, providing extra toilet rolls, or checking in to make sure everything was going well. The house itself was spotless, cosy, and exceptionally well-equipped. We especially loved the comfortable bed and pillows—they were some of the best we've slept on! There were plenty of laundry racks, along with soap, shampoo, and all the basic amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. We spent several weekends on road trips outside Leicester, and every time we returned, we realised how much we had missed this lovely home. That says everything about how comfortable our stay was. Thank you, Kerry, for your outstanding hospitality and for creating such a warm and welcoming place. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leicester.

The location is slightly outside the city centre, although it is conveniently situated near Lidl. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the hospital, and Kerry recommended a scenic route along the way where we enjoyed seeing many swans, which made the walk very pleasant. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a few hanging hooks or towel racks in the bathroom for added convenience. During the warmer summer days, the house could get a little hot at times, but this was only a minor issue and certainly did not take away from our overall experience. Nothing about these small points would stop us from staying here again.
