Prioritizing views, our home offers a reverse floor plan which includes four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a great room, an open kitchen, family room (fourth bedroom), screened porch and deck. On the first floor there are two guest bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a sizable family room or fourth bedroom (pull-out queen sleeper sofa and queen daybed) and a screened porch. The screened porch is accessible from both the family room and third bedroom. Upstairs, the large great room combines the kitchen, living and dining rooms for a bright and airy space filled with natural light from the oversized windows and glass doors. A large master bedroom and en suite is located off the great room.
*Please note that this is a three story home without an elevator. We do not have baby gates or baby items.

Your stay includes Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

* Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
*Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Beach Access: Beach Boardwalk #1 is only a 3 minute walk from the house.
