About this villa rental
Seaview studio apartment with fast wi fi. A real hidden gem in St Georges Egmont Grenada.
We are 15 mins drive from the town centre of St George's. Next door there is a resort with a fantastic restaurant & pool. there is a beautiful garden and a virtually private secluded black sandy wild beach. The top floor apartment has fantastic sea views. You are welcome to use the garden.
The space
The Seaview studio apartment is a great place to have a holiday or to work from home in Grenada. It is an ideal venue if you are hauling out your boat as it close to the marinas. You can wind your day down watching the sunset or greet the sun rising in the morning.
Other things to note
The property is in a very up market safe area and we intend to keep it that way. There are security cameras on the outside of the building to maintain the safe area of Egmont.
The top floor studio apartment has no balcony but you experience fantastic views and direct access to the garden area.
