Friendly and flexible on arrival, A/C worked great, nice little kitchenette, felt safe, security always there, staff were very accommodating.

The location was good and washing and drying your clothes at the laundry on site was very well priced (6 EC each for washing and drying)

Some cleaning had to be done before settling in. This whole apartment desperately needs modernisation, the seating in the front room was not suitable (low seating, more suitable for the veranda or garden) however they did replace them a week later. Miss matched curtains (i.e blue and bright yellow curtains on the same curtain pole). Very dated yellow pine wardrobe doors and chest of drawers (In one of the bedrooms the door was off the track and was never fixed) No headboards behind the beds that area was filthy and badly damaged. They agreed to fix the issue (it was repainted). Yellow pine kitchen units could do with a lick of paint to up date them. The microwave had to be replaced because of rust and not being clean, coffee maker also had to be replaced for same reason as the microwave, oven door was dirty (grease marks), spatular had dried food on it and the handle had burnt dents, only one decent cooking pot. Some of the white towels had to be replaced as they had stains on them. Water pressure in the bathrooms low. Cleaning had to be done before settling in
