Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area and digital Wi-Fi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in! Great restaurants across the street and white sandy beaches just steps away from your door :)

I was glad that I spent the extra time on VRBO finding this perfect spot, with a balcony overlooking the sea so close that I felt I could just jump down into the waves at high tide (I didn't!). The apartment is small but clean and bright, and quiet during our stay. It felt like old Florida, just 3 stories. Those who prefer more posh accommodations might be turned off by the crumbling exterior (peeling stucco) but we didn't mind it. Walking distance to some good food options and a short drive to Flagler, etc.
