About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 2 unit cozy condos on the ground floor with adjoining inside door. There are two units which can be rented separately or together. Price is cut in half if renting 1 of the units. There are adjoining doors (which lock) between the two units. One unit offers a 1 bedroom with king bed, and also a pull out full size sleeper couch with full kitchen. The second unit has two queen size beds. The second unit is an efficiency with refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot and also has a waterfall shower. Laundry room on site. Within walking distance to Chases on the Beach, Izzy Ice cream and Tacos, and 7-eleven across the street. This property sleeps up to 8 individuals. (or 4 on each side) Ocean front and door opens to the pool. Best location in town. 2 beach chairs per unit as well as beach towels. The condo does not allow pets. We enjoyed our weekend as there are not a lot of places that allow 2 nite rentals. The beach was nice. While the Unit was fine the building is VERY worn. Missing siding etc. Loud parties by the pool. No parking near the building and one nite no parking at all. Had to park at another condo.
