This old house named KerJacnine, completely renovated in 2021, is ideal for families looking for a relaxing but nevertheless captivating vacation.
It is very well located in Le Pouliguen : close to the Pouliguen station without hearing the trains, the harbour and direct access to the city center. The house is very quiet, not overlooked by the neighborhood, and takes full advantage of its large garden.
The immediate proximity of the renowned seaside resort of La Baule, its beautiful villas and its magnificent beach makes this address wonderfully located. Access by bike, for example, is very easy.
You also have very quick access to the medieval town of Guérande, to the salt marshes a few hundred meters from the house, to the superb wild coast of Pouliguen heading towards Batz sur Mer and Le Croisic. The larger town of Saint Nazaire is only a 15-minute drive away.
Whether at the restaurant, at the creperie or at home, you can fully enjoy the local flavors (seafood of all kinds, fish, crepes, delicious Breton desserts with salted butter and caramel for example).
