Placed on the Antrim coast, on a clear day you can see Mull of Kintyre of Scotland off in the distance as well as Rathlin Island which you can get a ferry to. From Ballycastle you can travel in either direction along the coast and see stunning scenery. The town is home to a golf course, a Blue Flag beach and a range of local shops and eateries for you to try out. The local area also offers the likes of Fair Head, Murlough Bay and Kinbane Castle for you to visit.
