About this cottage rental
This 96m² holiday cottage is located on the upper floor and features a charming entrance hall opening onto a marble staircase leading to the first floor. The bright living area includes a beautiful, fully equipped, modern kitchen, a dining area, and a relaxing lounge with a decorative fireplace. The living room has direct access to the balcony and a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining around the plancha grill. The spacious hallway, with its pellet stove, leads to three charming bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160cm), one with a queen-size bed (160cm), and one with a queen-size bed (160cm) that can be separated into two single beds (80cm). There is also a very comfortable bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double vanity, as well as a separate toilet. Guests have access to a private courtyard with parking. The owners have a garden adjacent to the cottage, so you will need to pass by to access it. Nadine and Daniel welcome you to this delightful, carefully restored, equipped, and decorated detached town house. "Au bonheur d'Anny Marie" is a spacious and very comfortable holiday cottage with a warm, contemporary feel. Located in the heart of the Roanne region, it's an ideal base for easily exploring the area's many attractions: the Roanne coast, charming villages, vineyards, rolling hills, and more.
