This detached, south-facing 110 m² former farmhouse offers comfortable living spaces spread over two levels, designed to welcome families and friends in a convivial atmosphere.
The ground floor is arranged around a living room with a lounge area and a sofa bed, where the wood-burning fireplace invites cozy evenings. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a practical laundry room. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort: two bedrooms each have a 160 cm double bed with their own shower room, one of which has a toilet, while the third offers two 90 cm single beds and an extra bed. The beds are made up for your arrival for a hassle-free stay. Utilities, heating, and firewood are included. At the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by meadows and woods, this holiday home offers a true sense of escape, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here, your gaze wanders over the rolling landscapes of the Loire Valley.
