About this house rental
Exposed stone house, countryside charm with recent fittings. (new Bultex or André Renault bedding, feather duvets and Descamps sheets)
Do you want to escape the heatwave? Here, it's THE PLACE TO BE, the nights don't rise above 23°. Enjoy a magnificent starry sky, owls and cuckoo songs.
Enjoy the surrounding calm. Perfect for a family! Lac des Sapins 8 minutes away by car, with its many leisure facilities.
Here it is the countryside: Village 2 km away with shops: grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist. Otherwise 15 minutes by car to reach a larger town (Amplepuis or Thizy-les-Bourgs).
Hiking, cycling, passage of the Rallye de la Charbonnière in April in front of the house, feast of St John in the village and Fête des Classes on the weekend of Pentecost.
We live in the house behind: parties, music and nuisances are therefore forbidden.
We have a dog that has its own enclosure, we allow pets (except upstairs).
Important information to consider:
Snow tyres compulsory from 01/11 or 31/03.
Hunting period from mid-September to mid-February.
We are surrounded by fields = barbed wire, cows or seeds, depending on the seasons and the farmer!
