About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to everything the city has to offer, including the train (TRAX). Our neighborhood (Central Ninth) has plenty of dining options in the immediate vicinity.

The space was just perfect for us. Clean and stylish interior. The air conditioning and wifi worked well, it was close to everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. Definitely would return!

The best thing about this place is the location. The house itself is located on a quiet street with occasional people passing by.It is also about 5 min walking to local restaurants and the Trax station that will take you to the main attractions including planetarium and temple square.This is the only reason I am giving this place a 4 star. If it wasn’t for that, I would only give it 3 stars. The house was very dusty in places, things were falling apart, and we found used tissues and a bottle with some type of pill next to the bed in on of the bedrooms.
