Large and spacious 160 m² holiday home with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna located on a large natural plot in an attractive area in Marielyst, approx. 1000 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The indoor swimming pool is perfect for playing and socializing. The swimming pool is up to 3 m wide, 4.3 m long, and up to 1.5 m deep. The water is between 24 and 28° C, or you can relax in the hot tub, and for those who enjoy saunas, there is one of those too. The spacious and bright kitchen is open and combined with the dining and living room, which is equipped with a dishwasher, small freezer, microwave, and stove with ceramic hob. The living room has a TV and stereo system with radio and CD player. There are at least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet is available. For children, there is a cot and high chair. The house has five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and shower. One bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. The house has a large, partially covered terrace area with garden furniture and a cozy outdoor fireplace. For the little ones, there is a swing, sandbox, play tower, and slide.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
