About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 140 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with swimming pool and jacuzzi, for rent in the commune of Saint-Paul. It can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and mezzanine office area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with closet
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV and bathroom including bathtub
- Bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin.
- Separate WC
- Sleeping area on the mezzanine above a dressing room: 2 single beds and a trundle bed (sleeps 2)
Annexe :
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 9mx4.5m private swimming pool, heated and open all year round.
- Jacuzzi for 5 people, available all year round
- 200 m² partially enclosed garden
- A 45 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
- Shower and separate WC
The house is ideally located in Saint-Paul, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest airport: Saint-Pierre Pierrefonds airport, about 37 min by car.
