House was clean , bright and had window air conditioning in 2 rooms that kept it comfortable since it was hot throughout our stay. The manager is working on updating things so faucets and light switches required a learning curve. Checking in and out was easy and communication with the manager was easy with quick responses. Beautiful views in a rural setting. My family appreciated the many coffee and tea options.

The property is in a QUIET location, with a BEAUTIFUL view & DAILY visits from wildlife!It is a quaint property with almost anything you could think of or need.The property manager was very kind; the check-in process is easy, although we did have a brief miscommunication regarding the simplicty of it.She checked in a few days prior to visit, day of, and during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. A very helpful guidebook was provided.The property is not new, but cozy and located about 30 min from the north entrance of Yellowstone.We would stay here again.

The house was just what we needed for our Yellowstone vacation. The house was clean and exactly as listed. The host, Jean, was very responsive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The house has beautiful views to enjoy.
