Well-equipped kitchen. Washer-dryer. Comfortable beds. Chest of drawers and wardrobes (with coat hangers). Good shower in ensuite. Formal dining and comfortable sofas in open plan downstairs. Parking. Key box. Walking distance of metro. Three toilets including one downstairs. Quiet location. (Didn't use it, but there is also an enclosed garden laid to lawn.)
Minor maintenance issues e.g. freezer shelves broken, bathroom door lock broken. Only just enough crockery/cutlery. Buzzing noise disturbed sleep at night - but could turn it off using one of the switches by the downstairs toilet.
