Prime location to facilities.
The TV did'nt work well so we had to stay on one channel. The bed, we had to crawl on it,to get into bed. There was no fire blanket incase of an emergency and the fire alarm went off as soon as we used the toaster which was placed directly under the fire alarm.

Central to harbour and beach so not too far to take your beach chairs and umbrellas etc
We were there in the heatwave but the apartment stayed cool with curtains closed and windows on tilt.
TV on the blink but I watched football on my phone.

Location
Tv aerial not working as poor tv reception. Bed wall to wall so if some had mobility issues could be difficult to get in to bed. Mattress too soft, not very comfortable.
