Location, size and layout of property.
Overall air of neglect weeds and rubbish around outside, overflowing rubbish bins in front garden. Broken guttering fence and gate. Loose rocking paving slabs.
Inside strange smell of 'sick' whenever downstairs shower used, lots of damage to decor. Mouldy food in cupboard.
No welcome pack with instructions for how to operate things in the house and useful local information.
Lack of utensils and small kitchen equipment pots, pans measuring jugs etc.
