We loved the location, easy to get there from UMEYASHIKI station and the UMEYASHIKI area was lovely. The owner was very kind and let us leave our suitcases before our check-in. We were grateful for that. Also, we were happy having a washing machine.
There was no lift
Room had a some strong smell, which I was not getting on well.
The room had everything, but very small.

テレビが高い位置にあるのでベッドで寝ながら見ることができたのでくつろぎやすかった
食器とかもあったので持ってこなかった人などが使えるように配慮されてるところがよかった
施設の中は綺麗だけど、外の周囲があまり綺麗に見えないのでそこは仕方のないことだった
食器が置いてあるのが良いと書いたが、少し汚れが残っていたり水滴などがあったため、一回洗ったりしておいてから使うようにしてた

The place was tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood, not far from the station. A lot of really interesting restaurants in the area. It was a shame I was only here 1 night.
There were no elevators, so 3 flights of stairs can suck after a long flight. The washer doesn’t have a dryer and the dehumidifier in the bathroom was broke so there wasn’t a way to properly dry my clothes besides air dry.
