The location and grounds were really nice
The bathroom was odd, as soon as I walked in the door the toilet was right there. There was no real separation from the rest of the room, it wasn’t private at all.

We didn’t love the bathroom door not being solid so anyone in the room could see in while being used.

New and well situated; quiet
Shower was out of body wash; shower didn’t drain; phone wouldn’t connect to front desk. When I went down to report issues response was tepid at best. Apparently many of the rooms had no body wash but person on duty didn’t know how to refill so I was offered a cup of body wash for the room. The phone issue was blamed on an ongoing change of management company and “everything is screwed up”. No apology or regret for the inconvenience. Unlikely to stay here again.
