Communications after booking were poor no email response and a rude person on other end of phone
Toilets poor build quality but clean but staying in pod and having to go out for toilet and walk through a wood was not ideal

Amazing property throughly enjoyed our night stay! The grounds where amazing abit muddy but to be expected with the place that it is my little boy loved the muddy puddles
An option to purchase wood when booking and have the hot tub pre lit with it before arrival would be amazing as it took a long time to heat

I loved the animals around, the silence you don't get from towns, the hottub once fired stayed hot for the duration of our stay, 2 days. I love the little touches to the pod.the nature walks.
The hottub not being prelit before arrival, and you shouldn't have to pay for the wood really if your paying £130 a night considering your paying for the pod, hottub and firepit once you book. To keep it lit I understand the prices for wood but a choice to have it prelit prior with a charge I think would be helpful to those coming to jump straight in 😁 The mattress initially is comfy but after a while you end up just feeling springs and the slats. So thicker mattress? Other than that. I really enjoyed my stay.
