Cleanliness of sofa. Very little soap and coffee facility. Most cooking ingredient are out of date, look like they are left over from previous customers. They should have 2 extra , may be foldable chair, property is for 4 persons.

For the price, this was a good location (about a 30 minute walk to the centre and less than 20 to the train station), and there were shops within closer walking distance. The flat was clean and had enough space for us for a 2 night stay, although we weren't in very much during the day. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the bedding was clean and adequate. The fan provided kept us cool, and it was nice to have a little seating area outside, plus parking. We didn't hear any noise from neighbours or outside. Check in and check out was straightforward.

The bathroom set up was a bit odd, just a toilet and sink in the middle of the wet room/shower set up which didn't drain particularly well, but I understand this with the space limitations. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen had broken hinges and the tap was also very wobbly. The fitted sheets provided for the sofa bed didn't cover the full sofa which might bother some people, especially for a longer stay. I also think it would have been useful to have clearer communication/pictures of where the flats are, it wasn't super clear from the road which building it is.

Location was OK quiet and walking distance from centre.

Booking.com did not give information about when I'd get key safe code. At the property there was no information about sofa bed and bedding although I had said we were using it. The kitchen tap handle was broken and one kitchen cupboard door had a broken hinge. Shower was very stiff to turn off fully. Parking was very tight although other people staying next door were very good at liasing about manoeuvring.
