This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers a bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Enjoy stunning views of the Sawatch Range from the comfort of the living area. Just off the living room you'll find the patio that backs to the community tennis courts.

The tastefully remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for preparing meals to start your day right. The cozy living area, anchored by a gas fireplace, offers a warm and inviting space to create lasting memories with loved ones. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms each with there own TV and providing a restful retreat after a full day.

Perfectly situated for an active lifestyle, nearby neighborhood trails provide easy access to hiking, while shops and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. The home also features an attached one-car garage, offering both convenience and privacy within this tranquil community.

Riverwalk Theater, coffee shops, dining, shopping, bike rentals, and grocery store are just a few blocks away. FITNESS CENTER: Access to the Homestead Racquet Club and Fitness Center is complimentary with your reservation! However, we need to notify them in advance. If you'd like to use the fitness center, indoor tennis courts etc. just let us know, and we'll add you to their list.

SNOWY SLOPES nearby offering snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tubing: Arrowhead Village (2 miles), Beaver Creek Resort (6 miles), Vail (14 miles), Copper Mountain Resort (34 miles), and Breckenridge (51 miles).

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool.

You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
