Great view and good location. Apartment was very warm when heaters were on. It is totally self contained - just a shame that nothing really worked well.

Very steep and dangerous internal staircase - no good for old, very young or the infirm. We had an infant and there was no way of barricading the stairwell. Only a downstairs door key when most of our entry was from the garage upstairs. All appliances were old and just didn't do a very good job at all, especially the dishwasher. There was no vacuum cleaner to clean up the floors and carpet. Our parking space was on a steep incline and shared with a JetSki which made parking and disembarking very difficult as the doors swung open onto a white painted heavy duty chain, scratching the doors. There is also a pole directly behind or in front of the car depending on whether you park nose in or not. We backed in as it was easier to get out of the very steep driveway but that made using the tailgate against the pole tricky.
