Apartment near the port
The apartment is okay sizewise, with a small kitchen, quite modern, well-appointed. We enjoyed the proximity to the port, Acquarium and the downtown area.
While the apartment is okay, the building is totally dilapidated and run down. It is obvious no maintenance has been done in a long time, it shows. You will have to go all the way up on narrow, winding stairs, no elevator. The little "vico" (alley) where the building is, is equally dilapidated and a bit scary, I would have never walked in that alley at night by myself. Luckily, the building is at the better end of the alley, within a few minutes of a vibrant, commercial main street so we always used that end. Personally, I dislike the remote check-in, when the key is left in a keybox with a code - this is what you will be getting. The building is at #8 however numbers on that alley are not in order so it was not very easy to find it, we had to call to ask - I think a brief description of the location would have helped.

La anfitriona estaba muy disponible y daba buenas recomendaciones. Las llaves se cogen en la puerta, así que hay flexibilidad para entrar. Está muy cerca del acuario. Es muy tranquilo porque las ventanas no dan a una calle, dan a otro edificio que está a 1metro de distancia.
La cama no tenía un colchón, eran dos sobrecolchones muy delgados, uno encima de otro, así que era muy incómoda. Te piden que limpies la cocina y todo lo que uses de la cocina porque la limpieza de la cocina no está considerada en el servicio, así que como resultado encuentras tazas y cosas sucias que los anteriores no han limpiado o han limpiado mal. También te piden que saques y tires la basura tú, nunca me había pasado de tener que llevarme la basura de una casa. No hay calefacción, hay solo 2 aires acondicionados que puedes poner en modalidad calor, pero cuando llegas están apagados, así que cuando llegas en invierno te encuentras la casa a 11 grados. Si llegas de noche no te da tiempo a calentar la casa para dormir. La potencia instalada era muy baja, saltaron varias veces los plomos al intentar calentar la casa. El baño es pequeñísimo. La ubicación es cerca de los museos pero la calle está muy sucia y desagradable, da miedo de noche. No hay persianas, ni contraventanas, ni nada para tapar la luz. Las ventanas son viejas y se nota que no cierran muy bien, se nota que pasa el viento.

Apartament zgodny z opisem. Dobra lokalizacja blisko metra, sklepu oraz restauracji. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wlascicielem, instrukacja zameldowania oraz wszystkie wskazowki byly bardzo pomocne. Chetnie przy kolejnej wizycie skorzystam.
Dla osob, ktore maja problem z chodzeniem wejscie do apartamentu po schodach na 4 pietro moze byc problemem, dla nas nie był.

Mieszkanie w samym centrum historycznej części miasta. Blisko do portu, blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. Niedaleko sklepy, restauracje. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, z klimatyzacją. Właścicielka kontaktowa, chętna do pomocy, pozwoliła na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne do wypoczynku. Polecam. Genua jest piękna.
Mieszkanie jest na 4 piętrze, prowadzą do niego kręte schody. Mogą być kłopotliwe dla starszych osób.

Apartamento muito bem equipado no centro de Gênova
Lugar limpo, bem organizado e muito bem equipado. Pena que ficamos poucos dias em Gênova. Irina foi uma anfitriã excepcional desde a recepção até a partida. A localização é perfeita. Fizemos muitas coisas andando e tem uma estação do metrô muito perto.
