Location, host, facilities, pool, hot tub, sauna, good security, nice ambiance!
I wish there were two bathrooms for family of four!
Also weather was not accommodating!

The location is excellent, the pool was great, and the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. A perfect spot for a relaxing break in Mount Maunganui.

The place was clean and cute, but misleading ocean view advertisement. Not worth the money for view.
There were no USB plugs available to charge my cell phone. I had to buy a wall outlet adapter. I recommend providing bedroom or living room lamps with USB adapters attached. Also, the ocean view was a JOKE! Very misleading advertisement. I also did not like the carpet. Why is there carpet in a rental near the beach? Makes zero sense. I also did not like that food was left in the freezer from a previous guest. Lastly, I recommend providing a Kurig and coffee & cream for guests.
