ELEVEN APARTMENT

I loved the location to Beach and Restaurants. The pool is so beautiful with views of the mountain and waters. Homely and safe with everything you need for a family. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals and the washing machine and dryer a bonus with kids. Showers were good pressure. Plan to come back and stay longer.

Great location, practically beach front and close to eateries and town.

My eyesight failing which made it difficult to read the room temp on the air con. The upstairs lighting was really dim.

Abby was very helpful with minor issues but was happy to accommodate. Aircon was helpful and lounge suit comfy, showers lovely. Also Abby offered a late checkout for any inconvenience which we would of used if we didn't have to head off early to a tournament so huge thanks to Abby

Just need manuals for washing machine an troubleshooting. Also don't forget to leave write amount of towels for guests is a minor oversight

All the hosts we met and talked to were excellent and helpful.

We were given a room on Level 1 although we stayed for two nights. The views were simply not there. False advertising. The car park key wouldn't work properly several times. Increased anxiety not relaxing. The fridge was beeping several times even at 3am in the morning. Found a temporary solution, Cabinetry issues. The place needs a good spring clean up including the fridge doors and interior. The bed covers had sticky stains on them. The check-out was another unwanted anxious moment. Had to leave the keys in the room and walk down the fire exit. The car had to be moved out of the garage with hardly any street parking available. Then back to the room to leave the keys on the dining table. A key box outside would have been a better option.
