Good location and lovely decorated and cleanliness, felt safe while we were there

The apartment is super nice and well-located in the center of city (you’re literally a 20 foot walk from the entrance to the metro). We were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor balcony (had no idea the room came with one) and it made it feel more spacious and made it very pleasant as a place to rest in between all the activities on our trip. There is also a grocery store with everything you need less than five minutes walk away, and the mini fridge and capsule coffee maker really improve the facilities. The bathroom was super nice, the AC works great, and most important the staff was really good at communicating, friendly, and super flexible.

The neighborhood is not cute, unlike most city centers there’s not a lot there BUT if you walk about five minutes in any direction you’ll find plenty! This wasn’t a big deal for us, but good to know: the water heater takes about two minutes to kick in.

Čistý, moderní a dobře řešený byt v boutique stylu. Byt má prostornou terasu, všechny potřebné spotřebiče a pohodlnou postel. Přestože jste téměř na náměstí, v bytě je až překvapivý klid a soukromí. Bookovala jsem ubytování trochu na poslední chvíli a tak jsem měla obavy z lokality. Ve finále to ale bylo úplně OK - jste ihned u stanice metra, vše je téměř v pěší vzdálenosti, pokud se netouláte sami v noci odlehlými uličkami, je to v pohodě.

Najít vchod do domu je trochu oříšek - hodil by se klidně krokový návod s fotkami. Čidlo reagující na pohyb, které zapínalo elektřinu, mělo bohužel na noc špatně nastavený timer - tím pádem se bez pohybu (logicky když člověk spal) každou chvíli dost hlasitě vše vypínalo/zapínalo. První noc byla tedy téměř bez spánku. Nicméně majitel to pohotově hned ráno opravil a zbytek pobytu bylo vše OK.

Mancanza di accoglienza da parte dello staff Regole rigide che mi fanno dubitare della pulizia (stoviglie da lavare da parte dell’ospite quindi pulizia delle stesse non effettuata da parte di professionisti) Posizione strategica ma in un palazzo decadente che non dà l’idea di massima sicurezza (una sera al rientro la polizia aveva fatto sgomberare tutte le persone che si accumulavano nel tunnel d’ingresso) Poca insonorizzazione delle camere: dalla camera si sentiva l’ingresso dalle camere adiacenti a qualsiasi ora della notte.
