Luxury House 5 bedrooms

Brilliant location, large house with plenty of space.

A little bit more info/instructions for guests arriving would be helpful, cleaners could do a bit more of a thorough job, one of the mattresses in one bedroom is rock hard and needs to be changed, some soap in the showers would also be good

Location and size of house

They were not aware that this property had been rented when we arrived. All kitchen items were still in the dishwasher which we didn't realize until the last day. We just thought there were no dishes, cooking facilities etc. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper between 5 adults for 3 days. Only Three sachets of coffee. Floors and windows dirty. Could not access the rear outdoor area to have dinner as it was locked. The hotel name was different than the one provided to pick up the keys. Fridge was extremely loud and made a massive vibrating noise constantly. Beds were as hard as a rock in three of the rooms. Extra blankets and towels were eventually found in laundry basket. it seemed as though they were not expecting us so the house wasn't prepared. Very disappointing considering I booked 4 months in advance.
