The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a family to have a nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the children’s room with some cool board games. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. The gated garden of the apartment is also the dedicated parking area for a car. The apartment is well located. It’s around 3 kms to the walled city center but it has a bus stand just outside that will take you to the city center ur railway station. Getting in and out of Avignon for day trips is much easier. There is a big grocery store is just across the street where you can get everything. The concierge service is very helpful and professional. The instructions are well detailed and are given in advance. We had a small issue and also a small request and it was promptly taken care of without any fuss.

Nothing as such. Just two things should be noted. 1) The Air Conditioning is available in drawing room and in 1 out of the 3 bedrooms. So if it gets very hot, as it can in this part of France, it could be an issue. 2) The entry path to the gated garden parking area is narrow for a big SUV or a minivan. But we could still make it with a careful maneuver.

Spacieux, bel espace de vie, enclos fermé, 3 chambres. Salle de bain à l'Italienne, lignes de bus à proximité. Magasin Lidl à 150M : idéal pour les viennoiseries du matin. Prises électriques partout. Équipement et cuisine sympathique... Concierge sympa et bienveillant lors des échanges.

Le portail qui ne tien pas fermé sauf a mettre la chaine et le cadenas. Lunettes des toilettes qui glissent. Proche de la rue avec circulation, peut être bruyant si on veux rester dehors mais bien isolé phoniquement portes et fenêtres fermées.
