It wasn’t a great location and it was very nice and comfortable.

The only thing is that it was advertised for a dishwasher and washing machine. It’s fine that there’s no dishwasher washed our own dishes. The owner gave us a solution where we could drop off our laundry or have it picked up or delivered, which was great. So not really anything that we didn’t like.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, safe, and not touristy, which was especially important since I was traveling alone with my 16- and 12-year-old sons. There was a taxi stand directly across the street, a grocery store a few doors down, a pizza shop nearby, and several excellent local restaurants within walking distance. We especially loved the steakhouse around the corner.

Finding the location and getting into the building was a little tricky at first, mostly because it was our first time in Rome. Access was handled through WhatsApp, and the digital lock on the apartment door took some figuring out. One thing future guests should know is to make sure the elevator doors are fully closed after using it, as that seems to be very important in the building. We learned the hard way. My 12yo son left it open by accident and we were screamed at by an Italian female resident of the building. She was right to say something, but she came in way to hot, VERY rude and even after I apologized multiple times, she walked away still screaming.

Tudo absolutamente tudo! Espaçoso, limpo, 2 suítes grandes e super confortáveis com frigobar, cafeteira e chaleira com saches de chá, TV e varanda… Banheiro enorme, lindo e confortável! Rol de entrada lindo, que serve como sala e escritório. Sala de jantar e cozinha com tudo que necessitamos em nossa estadia! Todos os ambientes bem iluminados, limpos e com ar condicionado! Roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas e a vontade para nosso uso! É tudo perfeito! A localização é tão boa que se pode ir a pé para os pontos turísticos todos de Roma! Sem falar que o anfitrião Gianluca é super atencioso e responde com rapidez todas as mensagens! Recomendo e quero parabenizar o Gianluca por oferecer um local tão incrível!
