Great location, good communication, clean and had lots of kitchen facilities.
Only reason I didn't give it exceptional was the fan and fridge was quite loud and location took a bit of time to find.

Loved the location, perfect for our New Years Eve accommodation. Loved the fact it had a little kitchen, and the bed was very comfy
When we arrived the place was freezing (could see our breath) but the heaters worked a charm. Could have been turned on before we checked it but it wasn’t the end of the world. We left them on for an hour and it was fine after

It was easy to find with clear instructions before we arrived. Overall, I had a great stay! The little house was clean, well-equipped. I asked in advance for heating, because we are always cold in accommodation in England. The heating in the house was impeccable, which I am very grateful for. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
There are some unpleasant places in the area. But this did not affect the fact that we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

Inside clean, well laid-out and equipped.It could do with a fan to keep up with summer temperatures. Buses to the centre and a super store.open until midnight are handy.
The access from a back lane and into the tenant's back garden is a bit uncomfortable.It is a garage converted into a small guest appartment,so it feels a bit intrusive to enter and leave and see and be seen by tenants.
