La casa nel baglio

J'ai vraiment aimé la disponibilité de Marzia, elle était toujours réactive a l'ensemble de mes demandes. L'appartement était super clean et tous les services étaient présents et fonctionnels.

1. The location is lovely. Not in a touristy area, but with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also on a direct bus route into the old city. 2. The washing machine and drying rack. 3. Very clean. 4. The early check-in which was much appreciated and Salvo, the owner's Dad who let me in, was very kind.

1. The mosquitoes! They were terrible and this was the only place in 3 weeks of travelling around Sicily where I encountered any. They came in from the courtyard outside which someone seemed to water obsessively. There was no flyscreen on the front door to keep them out and the window flyscreens were not properly attached so they also came in through the windows. 2. Very hard to wash up as no tea towels or draining board were provided and the kitchenette is tiny so there was no space for anything to drain. 3. Lighting could be better, especially in the bedroom as there are two bedside lamps, but no overhead light. 4. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms and I didn't dare open the windows because of the mozzies, so they got pretty steamy. 5. No outlook as this apartment is on an internal courtyard.

Зручне розташування на центральній вулиці, куди легко доїхати з аеропорту тим самим автобусом що рекомендує сам букінг. Також звідси легко виїхати до центру міста чи до пляжу, зупинка в кількох метрах. Тут буде дуже комфортно в жарку погоду завдяки підлозі з плитки (рекомендую брати з собою капці!) Фото відвідає дійсності на 100% Дуже зручне ліжко з вікном наче з фільму, якісна техніка, нові кухонні приладдя і меблі, хороша звукоізоляція. На подвірʼї взагалі можна писати вірші.

Ви повинні розуміти, що тут немає наприклад балкону і мало вікон по самій конструкції помешкання. Хоча є багато плюсів, що це компенсує.

Es war recht ruhig und der schlafbereich konnte ganz gut abgedunkelt werden. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Netter aussenbereich.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Wir hatten schimmelige Holzlöffel und richtig schmutziges Geschirr. Eine Kaffeemaschine in der ein Wurm im Wasserbehälter war und die nach der Reinigung des Behälters dennoch nicht funktioniert hatte. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur betreiben wenn man vor Ort ist - was leider auch bedeutet, dass es sonst recht feucht ist und auch sehr muffig riecht - vor allem im Zimmer am Eingang. Dafür stehen auch einige entfeuchter und Duftstoffe in den Zimmern. Auch die Handtücher waren zum Teil etwas fleckig und einige Haare waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Strom ist leider ausgefallen sobald man gekocht hat und die Klima laufen lassen wollte. Zu Beginn war der Kontakt noch gut. Dann wurde er seitens Host leider fast gänzlich eingestellt und nicht mehr auf Probleme eingegangen
