Casa Teresa

Durante il soggiorno a Lanzarote abbiamo avuto un’esperienza estremamente positiva. L’abitazione si è dimostrata accogliente, pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole e senza inconvenienti. La posizione si è rivelata strategica per visitare l’isola, mentre gli ambienti erano curati e perfettamente corrispondenti alla descrizione. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la tranquillità della zona e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti.

Casa muy bien ubicada, muy nueva, limpia y comfortable. Pablo ha sido muy atento en todo momento y nos ha hecho buenas recomendaciones gastronómicas y de rutas. Muy recomendable!

Beautiful view of mountains to the front and a distant view of the sea at the back. The apartment was modern and exceptionally clean. Great shower and plenty of hot water. The host was friendly and on hand to attend to any problems or provide things we asked for, like a toaster. We enjoyed the small private terrace at the back which had sun all afternoon in December/January. There was a lovely little cafe in the town called Panaderia y Pasteleria San Roque just 17 mins walk or 3 min in car. We always hire a car and we felt it was a good location as it was only around 25 mins from Arrecife, Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise. Our favourite place to sit and watch the waves is La Santa.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment. We were there during the worst December weather that Lanzarote had experienced on record, so we were a little cold in the evenings and used the cosy blankets provided. But I'm sure the host would have provided a heater if we had asked. The parking space is only just long enough for a small car, a longer car would have to park on the road. Occasionally we heard the neighbours dogs bark non stop when they were let out, but as we were there for a month, it didn't spoil our holiday.
