La posizione tranquilla ma centrale rispetto all'isola (necessario avere la macchina per spostarsi a Lanzarote). La comodità del check-in e check-out. L'arredamento accogliente. Complessivamente ottima esperienza.

Per accedere alla camera è necessario fare una scala abbastanza stretta. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma non lo raccomanderei a persone con limitazioni motorie.

It's a house with 3 loft apartments, one big one, and two smaller ones. We had apartment B, which is on the smaller size, but I think it's still perfectly enough for 2 people. We had a fully equipped kitchen, with a stove top, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. Pans, pots, cutlery and plates were also available in a large number. Bathroom was also decent, with a shower - for which shower gel and shampoo was provided -, and a toilet (keep in mind, you cannot flush toiler paper). We loved the balcony, although during our stay, it was a bit cold and windy, so unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it a lot, but still, it's amazing to have breakfast there! Bedroom was on the loft, with a very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding! There are also a lot of blankets available to use. One thing to keep in mind, is that the apartment does not have blackout shutters, only a curtain and a dimmer, so light will get in during the morning a little. Also, we saw in the review that a lot of people were complaining about the stairs, for us, at least in apartment B it was not a problem. Unless you are above 100kgs or jump on it aggressively, I don't think they make a noise. I also saw people complaining about the internet. For us it was okay, I measured 20-30Mbps. But we were there to relax, not to work, so to post an Instagram story, it's more than enough. What we LOVED is the mood lighting! A lot of apartments only have "the big light" on the ceiling, with super white temperature, but in this apartment, there were a lot of small lamps around the floor, the tables, the bedside table, with dim warm lights, so nighttime felt relaxing.

We were a bit worried about having enough hot water, since it's warmed by the sun during the day, and on cloudy days, they turn on the extra electrical heating, which you have no control over, you always have to contact the owner. So we were worried, that one of us will use up the water, and it will not reheat in a few hours at night, like at home. Turned out to be not an issue, but unnecessary anxiety factor I think. Also, I feel like the apartment was cleaned in a rush, since not everything was filled up. We didn't have paper towel in the kitchen, tea bags and coffee pods provided felt like leftovers from the previous guests. And also, we found long hairs everywhere.

Posizione tranquilla e quindi si dorme benissimo. Il tavolino fuori per fare colazione è molto comodo. Nel complesso è una bella casetta.

Il divano non è proprio comodissimo, ma nell'insieme si sta bene.

Schöne Lage. Wer nur Ruhe will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

WLAN inakzeptabel langsam! Es gibt ein WLAN, aber es komplett unbrauchbar, da es extrem langsam ist. Nicht mal einfache Videocalls funktionieren. Für einfache geschäftliche Calls 100% unbrauchbar. Da wir gelegentlich Videocall wahrnehmen müssen, können wir so ein Appartement nicht buchen. Für unser Geschäft ist das schädlich, wenn man nicht mal einfach Internet-Arbeiten und Kommunikationsaufgaben per Video-Call erledigen kann.
