Le jour même, le propriétaire m’a informée que le logement initialement réservé n’était finalement plus disponible et m’a proposé un autre hébergement en remplacement. Heureusement, celui-ci se situait à proximité.
j’ai été particulièrement déçue à mon arrivée. Le logement proposé ne correspondait pas aux photographies présentées dans l’annonce et son état de propreté laissait fortement à désirer. Cette situation n’était donc pas conforme aux attentes légitimement créées lors de la réservation.
