Very quiet beautiful area to walk about Good kitchen appliances Great safe place to park car Easily heated throughout all areas Shelve in corridor 'boiler' area was practical Bedroom very clean and had a very relaxing colour scheme

Would have been nice if TV had been set up on wall which would give us space to open our luggage Kitchen cupboards inside the doors needed a bit of a cleaning Also some of the coffee mugs were chipped The biggest pan for frying was great and almost new but was not clean the others were old scratched and dirty (maybe cleaning person did not think to check) Even though we always bring all cleaning products with us at the end of 1 month and many different lodgings I had no more dish washing detergent and bottles left on sink didn't seem to be what could be used for hand washing dishes

Very hospitable hosts. They provided all sorts of information and helpful hints even though we only stayed for one night. The cottage is cosy, quiet and kept very clean and tidy.

Lovely garden house in a quiet neighborhood

Lovely small comfortable apartment / garden house in a quiet neighborhood. Near to shops and a RER station that will get you to central Paris in less than 40 minutes. Nice garden as well to have dinner and a big and well equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and easy.

The free bikes were a nice addition but could maybe use a bit of maintenance.

Communication with the owners was truly excellent. The property is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, still closely located to all the shops and restaurants. It is large and spacious and offered great value for money. Great alternative to a hotel, especially during the pandemic.

What a lovely place to stay!

Great little cottage. Great location, great facilities (the kids loved the table tennis and trampoline ;-). Easy access to the station. Nice and quiet. Kitchenette with all you need for two days or even a week. We had a lovely stay.

A great find. Tucked away behind the owners house and secure front gate a spacious modern one bedroom house. Super bathroom and kitchen. Outside space and very quiet yet minutes from the Main Street of town with restaurants and supermarket Great place to cycle into Paris -the ride along the Seine particularly beautiful

L'emplacement est idéal : maison très bien placée dans un joli quartier, à quelques pas seulement du centre ville. La maison est bien équipée, au calme, dans un joli jardin et elle dispose d'une belle terrasse. Notre hôte nous a gentiment accueillis à notre arrivée. Le lit dans la chambre est de bonne qualité et très confortable.

- Le canapé lit du salon : grince un peu et n'a pas le confort d'un lit (mais pour notre fille c'était suffisant). - le bruit du réfrigérateur la nuit est un peu dérangeant lorsqu'on dort dans le salon. Une porte coulissante pour fermer l'espace cuisine la nuit serait probablement un plus appréciable pour des séjours un peu plus longs.

Zeer eenvoudige basic inrichting, de klusjesman zou hier wel wat tijd kunnen doorbrengen omdat er nogal eea aan hapert, losse wc bril, bediening stortbak halfgaar, losse gammele kraan keuken, sluiting douchecabine niet oke. Al met al kun je hier een punt van maken maar de locatie is desondanks top. Er is een tafeltennistafel, overdekt en een goede ruimte om je fiets kwijt te kunnen. Ook Arnaud is plezierig in de omgang.

Peut mieux faire vu le potentiel du logement

Emplacement dans parc et tranquillité du logement certainement top printemps, été vu jardin et terrasse

État général cuisine salle de bain(paroie de douche et carrelage ).Et surtout chauffage réglé par le propriétaire à 17 à partir de 23h jusqu'au matin alors que le logement est froid vu le sol carrelé sauf dans chambre ce qui fait que le matin la salle de bain salon et cuisine sont très froids pour prendre la douche c très limite .Je conseille au propriétaire de faire installer un chauffage d'appoint dans salle d'eau s'ils continuent à intervenir sur le réglage du chauffage.Je n'ai jamais vu un propriétaire se permettre un tel comportement sans en parler aux locataires ...... certaines fenêtres ne sont pas à double vitrages ce qui contribue au ressenti du froid
