Very small but your own bathroom. Nice telly. Microwave and fridge in the room, electric kettle. Very big and comfortable shared dining area.
The telly was on the side wall to your left, not straight ahead from your bed, so I had to lie on my side to watch the telly, which I don't like.

The property is in a really nice location, stroll away from the town centre.
Access could be improved there are various access mechanisms at the front door i.e key safe, etc which confused gaining access, but was able to get clarity by messaging . Bed isn’t as described in picture and for some reason there was two beds in the room when the picture shows one, this impacted on ability to do yoga in my room, as there wasn’t enough space. There was no floor mat for the shower and the shower could do with attention as there is a board which keeps falling out . Also person who cleaned the room left other peoples items wash cloths and sponges etc on top of Waldrobe and in Waldrobe. Other than this the room was comfortable and the property is heated to a good temperature.

Lovely clean and well presented property. Very good value for money. Central location. Close to the town centre. I will return when next in Northampton.

Location is great
The room I had was cold in the evening/night and morning. The room is an extension that backs on to kitchen so I could hear phone conversations the microwave, kettle in constant operation and kitchen door banging. The bedroom is in an inappropriate location between kitchen and dinning room the mattress is too soft. The heating kept going off so room was cold
