It was clean but very uncomfortable

all facilites were clean, easy access because no key needed, free wifi, in a good location

The bed was really uncomfortable, the entire thing leant to one side. Plus the springs weren't that good either. The chair also did the same thing, it was obvious they either hadnt checked these things or did not care. Also the AI generated photos in the room just gave it a cheap feel, would've been an easy change to make the place feel a bit nicer

Cheap but poor communication and standards

It was clean and in a good location

The door codes were not secure. The microwave in my room did not work. There was no fire escape or route, nor extinguishers in my room

Exceptionally poor service

Booked for my son for 5 nights. The original.room had been double booked, so was told to wait in the communal area for over 30 minutes. Was then given a second room, and on entering, there was a guest already stsying in this second room. So mwssaged the prorietor again, and no response, so complaint made to Booking.com

It's disappointing and poor

The location

The room was underwhelming and cramped. The door lock was broken, meaning I had to take all valuables with me when going out. It took until 9 pm. on the 5th day of my stay to be repaired. I had a stranger enter my room whilst I was in a state of undress. They did not knock,, it seemed that they were delivering a Boots order for a guest. This made me uneasy and with security concerns. The bed had no headboard and moved easily with the result of the pillows slipping off into the gap between the walls. The .microwave in my room was broken. I never say the host or staff. I reported my concerns and unease to the owners,saying I feel some refund would be appropriate. The response was I had a valid argument, and they would discuss and report their decision back to me. I was assured that they would make Renaissance club and Booking.com aware of the situation, and I did not need to do so.Today as of 8 am, I have heard nothing further. That is why I entered poor as a stay. .

It was very disappointing after travelling for a long distance to come there.

Cleanliness And the maintenance was very poor even on sending message in the WhatsApp’s group no one is replying. The bathroom was too small And water was folded everywhere outside. The silicons paste of this bathroom wasn’t good and even on telling these people the issues about the water leaking out, they just tell you tomorrow they will come and repair it but I was kept on waiting.

Amazing easy and relaxing

Stay was amazing very close to town and the university the owner is also very nice helping me with all my problems more that there is a microwave and washer good for long stay and the room is nice to only issue for me was that the bed was to soft but if it was not for that I will recommend staying here

Avoid, customer service was shocking

I called ahead once arriving at Gatwick airport and asked to pay for an early check in. I was on hold for around 20 minutes before getting through. I spoke with a gentlemen who's English was not great. He said I could arrive a little earlier and it was no problem - no need to pay. Once arriving at the property the code he gave me didn't work. I booked into another hotel at my expense. I then messaged them via the app and they were extremely rude and passive agreesvie

Location, cleanliness and facilities . Fridge and microwave, kettle in room. Also full kitchen facilities downstairs. It was quiet and access was easy.

Magnolia Room with Multiple Faults & Eating in Rooms Prohibited

Although on a busy noisy road the location is perfect for access to the town centre and the hospital. The room is spotless. I was pleased that there was a fan as the window would not stay open.

I was genuinely surprised at the ratings for Blossom Retreat unless my room was markedly worse. 1. I received a scald on my shoulder from boiling water from the electric shower which with the temperature turned to warm or mid-way varied between freezing cold water and literally scalding or boiling water. I have had to apply burn cream to my skin. 2. There are no mirrors in the room making getting ready in a morning difficult. 3. The window catch is broken so that it will not stay open to provide a gap of air without being propped with a wooden fork that was left on the sil for this use and a notice saying the window had to be open to allow shower steam escape. 4. The room is advertised as a suite with a kitchen and contains a sink, fridge and microwave and washing up liquid. The extensive house rules on the door stipulate no food must be eaten in the room and only water must be consumed anywhere else than the downstairs kitchen which appears highly contradictory. 5. The towel rail was half hanging from the wall which I reported immediately and was pleased to receive an acknowledgement it would be fixed although this was not done during my stay as there are no staff on the promises. I balanced a toilet roll under it to stop it falling off completely. 6. The room is very very hot as it is in the attic and the window would not stay open more than a wooden fork's length although there is a fan which helps. 7. No hangers in wardrobe

Locality and that I stayed there before

I arrived to a familiar place I stayed in before and found a damaged bed which I had to use a duvet to prop it up and when I complained I have been accused of breaking a bed base. A cheap bed base from the local furniture store. As a professional who works away a lot I always have to have comfort and like to stay in comfortable nice places, as I said I stayed before and there was no issues. I mention the concern to the company and immediately I have been accused of breaking a bed base so stating I’m “obese” or even “careless”. As a matter of fact the way I have been spoken to is absolutely disgusting and threatened to seek recovery for damages. As a matter of fact this was the attitude I received via WA.

The best customer service

The customer service is gold standard. They reached out during my stay to ensure I had everything I needed. A mini fridge, kettle and microwave is provided in your room. They request you to store food in your room and prepare it in the HUGE share kitchen. This is a great idea because it keeps your food safe. I really like the electronic code access to the front door and bedroom. When I had issues unlocking my door on the first day, customer service via WhatsApp was extremely prompt and efficient. The issue was resolved within ten minutes. Wifi worked perfectly and was very fast. My room was clean and confortable with the flower theme a nice addition. There is a washer/dryer (no charge and supply your own detergent) and a large ironing board.

La calidad del colchón era muy mala, más si uno tiene en cuenta el precio. Si se van a aprovechar de la carrera en SILVERSTONE para aumentar los precios, por lo menos den un mejor servicio. Toda la comunicación automatizada, el WhatsApp de emergencia no funciona, no tienen lugar donde dejar guardados los bolsos cuando uno necesita dejarla unas horas luego del Check out.
