This place is incredible, so beautiful.

The rooms could have used a fan, otherwise we loved it.

It is a fabulous location, hot tub was excellent and loved the living area and breakfast was delicious. Keith has such a relaxed and positive approach which really makes everyone feel at ease.

We loved it, but there are two things which I think could be improved. The amount of dog poo is not great, especially with children. I ended up picking up quite a bit as had dog poo bags with me, but my son still walked through it. Just to reiterate- no issue with the dogs or cats, but need to be much more aware and active in cleaning it up. The second point is some hot water in sinks in bathrooms and washing up would be beneficial. I know it is eco and we are in the rainforest, but this would be a nice improvement.

La propreté de la chambre était moyenne, aucun service hôtelier : chambre non nettoyée sur les 2 nuits passées. Petit dejeuner en supplément et vous devez faire votre vaisselle. Accès à l hôtel compliqué car état de la route mauvais et à 15 minutes en voiture de Monteverde
