3G Terrace A - Casas & Papeis

We picked the keys up from the very pleasant hosts at their office. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was equipped with every imaginable item you could think of including the all important bbq also the super sized bed was so comfortable. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the nearest cafe's, restaurant's, beach and mini mart, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. If you happen to be at the apartment as the sun goes down you have spectacular views of the stunning sunsets from the balcony. The garage is easy to access and is a bonus as street parking becomes very busy, any noise from the road isn't an issue as you cannot hear it from inside due to the patio doors being double glazed. Wi-Fi is fast and good for anyone needing to work remotely plus you have 2 huge working TV's for those that can't live without a screen!

We didn't like leaving to go home!

The house location, Air conditioning, Washser, DishWasher the fidge was big enough for a family, the balcony was awesome the balcony grill was the cherry on top.

Although the garage access was narrow for our family SUV we manage to get in and out without scratching the car.

O apartamento é tal e qual as fotos. Bastante espaço para uma família de 3. Todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha. Limpeza em condições. Localização perto da praia. Boa insonorização. Ar condicionado na sala e quarto faz toda a diferença.

Embora tenha lugar de garagem é muito difícil de estacionar. Fica no piso -2 com uma descida muito íngreme e estacionamento entre pilares e paredes bastante apertado. Ok para carros muito pequenos, muito mau para carros grandes. Carros baixos não aconselho a descerem para a garagem.

Do tamanho da cama, uma king size espetacular,. Amei! Fica bem perto da praia, tem acesso a piscinas também muito bem cuidadas!

Gostei de tudo, só os vizinhos de cima acho eu, eram um bocado barulhentos
